1. General Terms

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bee222 Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, or place bets on the Platform. It is a strict condition of access that you are of legal age under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification

bee222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Until satisfactory verification is provided, bee222 may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

2.2 Underage Gambling

Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by underage individuals will be returned to the original payment source. 2.3 Additional Eligibility Conditions

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) bee222 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bee222 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice;
• Void any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits held across duplicated accounts;
• Withhold any winnings generated through accounts in breach of this policy;
• Permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission for standard accounts. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. bee222 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bee222 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Players must not use the Platform to launder funds or conduct any financial activity that may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. Where suspicious activity is identified, bee222 reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

bee222 regularly offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion communication.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe.

5.2 Game Contribution

5.4 Promotion Validity

bee222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the associated bonus, bee222 will honour the bonus subject to its stated conditions at the time of claiming.

6. User Obligations

As a registered Player on the bee222 Platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You will provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at all times and notify bee222 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not for any commercial exploitation or professional gambling enterprise without written consent from bee222.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any software, content, or intellectual property belonging to bee222 or its game providers.
• You will not attempt to access any part of the Platform that you are not authorised to access, including the accounts of other players or the administrative backend.
• You will comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in relation to your use of the Platform, including any laws pertaining to online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the outcome of all games and bets is not guaranteed. You will not hold bee222 responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bee222 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your bee222 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bee222

bee222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification within the requested timeframe;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bee222 will notify the registered email address of the account holder before applying any dormancy-related action. Following notification, a monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use bee222's self-exclusion tool.
